From the beginning when I had a vision to open CIA: Custom Identity Apparel, I always thought that I could make a difference when came to my customers, to help them succeed in business through my vast knowledge of the wearables and promotional products industry, which together we could be a success. Working that much harder than any of my competitors. Whether it is locating that illusive piece of apparel or promotional product that fits your company image, or to meet insane deadlines that do sometimes occur, and above all to give the best price for those products that I possibly can. Still after 10 years in business I pursue that same passion I had from the start, I am relentless in these obligations to you my partners in success, this is truly what I love to do.

We rely on our ten years in this industry to evaluate our customers' requirements.

Based on these evaluations, we suggest and make recommendations regarding the advantages and disadvantages of various items relative to their intended use.

To do this successfully we require our sales staff attend industry related events to find and research new apparel trends and the hottest promotional products for the best ROI you can receive from us.

We maintain competitive pricing with our firm commitment to our customer Service and Satisfaction.

Employees of CIA: Custom Identity Apparel
We require our shop employees to attend during the year educational seminars and special trade or industry events to stay on top of what’s happening within our industry .They are trained on the latest printing and embroidery techniques and equipment available.

Graphics Art Department
Our professional design staff can reproduce your Logo, Art, or Message for most apparel and promotional products. Or we can completely design a new logo for your company.

Printing and Embroidery Equipment
We have access to two six color manual presses as well as an Eight color Ten station automatic press with state of the art multicolor printing capabilities of fifty to sixty dozen garments per hour and Six multi-head Embroidery machines with full headwear capabilities.

Production Schedules
We provide a usual turn around time of two to three weeks. Rush orders and samples are available and are quoted by item and urgency.
