A: Absolutely! Our award winning graphics department can take your idea or graphics right to printing on all types of promotional products and custom imprinted & embroidered apparel.
A: Yes. We offer Pantone color matches for all screen printing orders at a small additional charge. Our matches are very precise, but the colors can vary due to the curing process and when printing on a white under base. We currently handle PMS matches for embroidery on a case by case basis. Please contact our customer service department about this.
A: When imprinting apparel the inks we use must be fully cured to bond with the garment, this process is done by using what we call an infra-red dryer which the garment is placed on a conveyor belt and sent through the dryer to cure these inks.
If the dyer belt speed is to fast or slow, if the temperature is to high or to low this process will not take place hence the design comes off or fades within one or two washes.
Not to have this problem we at CIA: Custom Identity Apparel take every precaution and also we have in use a thermal gun which detects proper temperature readings on the garment as it exists the dryer prior to running entire order.
A: Our usual turn around time is two weeks, but rush order’s can be accommodated depending on their difficulty and urgency.
A: We make every effort to preserve the rights of copyright or trademark owners by only knowingly printing artwork that is provided by the owner or a person/organization with permission to use it.
A: Yes this is call simulated process on light and dark garments, the process is done by intricate art starting with a photo or illustration and screens of up to 8-10 colors, while preparing this art for the colors we are also adding a white under base and touch plate whites to enhance and to migrate secondary colors to create a real life like looking graphic on the shirt.
This is very similar to process printing except that process printing only incorporates four colors Cyan, Magenta ,Yellow and Black to arrive at the same results and process is only best suited on light colored garments white being the best.
A: (Relax) that is what we are here for we will ask relative questions regarding the intended end use and than make our suggestions to which items will be right for your company’s image without sacrifice to quality. And within your budget.
